John, a distinguished expert on computer security and identity, was previously Founder and CTO of Moka5 and received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford, where he won the Arthur L. Samuel Award for Best Thesis at Stanford. He also worked at IBM Research and received his M.Eng in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. John lives in Fremont with his wife and daughter and predictably participates in some mean BBQ cookoffs.

Kurt is an operator. Fundamentally understanding how people work, he brings deep expertise in the areas of non-traditional growth strategies, user experience, business development, and hardware/integrated sensors. His passions include building and racing drones/UAV aircraft, developing for VR, securing IoT, and messing with ATmel/I2C microcontrollers. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Suffolk. Kurt is a former Nationally ranked snowboarder and was a key organizer in the 2015 inaugural US National Drone Racing Championships.
